We know that applying to High Schools can be challenging and stressful enough on its own. If your child has an interest in Art then having a well rounded portfolio is just one more thing to worry about. We're here to offer guidance and support for your talented young artist.
585 Studios offers classes throughout the school year for 6th, 7th and 8th graders starting to apply to High School or looking to bolster their visual portfolio. In these classes your students will make showstopper technical pieces to help your young Artist curate their portfolio to show off their strengths. |
As your young artist embarks on their High School career they inevitably start looking forward to the future. Aspiring Artists need to create fundamental and foundational pieces to strengthen their High School portfolio. We work with our students as they find their individual creative and artistic style.
At 585 we offer classes throughout the school year aimed at preparing our students for the College application process. Studio alumni have been accepted to notable Arts Colleges such as The Cooper Union, Savannah College of Art and Design, the School of Visual Arts, Rhode Island School of Design, The Pratt Institute and more. |
